Welcome to Daniiel. Daniiel (“Daniiel”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides products and services including oenskelisten.dk, an online wishlist platform, and various SaaS tools for business owners (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you (“you”, “user”, or “customer”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use oenskelisten.dk and at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use our paid SaaS tools. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately.
4. Subscriptions & Payments (for SaaS tools)
Some Services are offered on a paid subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the fees displayed at the time of purchase.
Payments are billed in advance, are non-refundable except as required by law, and renew automatically unless canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access will continue until the end of the billing period.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you upload, post, or create within our Services. By using the Services, you grant Daniiel a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the Services.
Our Content: All trademarks, logos, software, and intellectual property related to Daniiel and its Services remain our property and may not be used without permission.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and protect your information. By using our Services, you consent to such processing.
7. Third-Party Services

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Daniiel does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daniiel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will end immediately.
